Where yarn becomes quality fabric

Arriving from the U.S., our yarn is loaded onto knitting machines and turned into rolls of fabric. The fabric then gets rinsed, dyed, and stabilized in our dye jets. The fabric is dried and compressed to the right density. Finally, the fabric is cut using small robots, or cookie-cutters, which create the different parts of our garments that will be sewn together.

Blue striped fabric is being folded as it exists the drying chambers.
